Today I went to an acting masterclass held at the Theatre Royal, Haymarket.. The format is simple. The guest takes to the stage and introduces themselves, talks about their career a little and then opens the floor to questions. Most of the audience are young actors and Christopher Ecclestone was the guest today.

Thanks to a Twitter alert from Drwhoonline I applied for and got a ticket for The Eleventh Hour Doctor Who Launch Party. Deciding that the company of geeks and Whovians is exactly how to cope with my grief at losing Ten, I packed my sonic screwdriver and headed to the party.

Today there was a screening of Daleks: Invasion Earth 2150AD at the BFI and I was lucky enough to get a ticket.  The charming and witty Bernard Cribbins was there to do a Q&A.

So David Tennant has left Doctor Who. He did it in emotional and heart wrenching style and left me in a puddle of my own tears. I really didn’t expect anything less.
